The Person Behind Illuminate
My career has taken me from military service into leadership roles across professional services, renewable energy and organisations operating across Africa.
I’ve worked with people leading through uncertainty, navigating growth, building teams, shaping strategy and creating change in complex environments.
These experiences reinforced a simple belief: people are often capable of far more than they realise.
